Note regarding the logo.  The logo in the body is the original logo.  The Big G's font size makes it too big to fit in the header and caused several alignment and viewing issues;

Solution: The logo in the Header includes the Big G that was snipped, copied, uploaded as an image, and added to the header.

Future Editing of the logo:  If the Big G will not be affected, editing can take place as normal.  If the Big G will be affected you will need to do the editing on the original logo then
